Privacy Policy

Davidson Consulting and Partners Ltd. places particular emphasis on respecting the rights of Users visiting our website. To this end, we have implemented this Privacy Policy (referred to hereinafter as the "Policy"), which sets out the principles for processing information, including personal data of Users of the website http://www.davidson.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

 

The Data Controller for the personal data of Website Users is Davidson Consulting and Partners Limited Liability Company, headquartered at 24/26a Piękna Street, Warsaw (hereinafter "DCiW").

Data Collection

The personal data of Website Users is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L 119 of 4 May 2016) and with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000).

In circumstances where a User's personal data is necessary to fulfill a requested service or process (e.g., recruitment process), the User will be informed of the need to provide certain information, including personal data, and the purpose of its use.

The provision of personal data is entirely voluntary. However, it should be noted that providing personal data may be required in situations where the User is interested in receiving information regarding the service delivery (e.g., receiving information about a product, offer, event, downloading a demo, publications, recruitment process). Consequently, the User may be asked to complete and submit a form or survey, clearly specifying the type of personal data to be collected and the purpose for which it will be collected.

The provided data will be processed for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of providing it, unless otherwise provided by law.

The User has the right to access and correct any incorrect or incomplete personal data, as well as the right to delete their personal data, and the method of submitting this request is indicated when collecting this data.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 31 of the aforementioned Act, the processing of personal data of Website Users may be entrusted to third parties by DCiW, in particular to entities providing hosting services for the Website.

DCiW has the right and obligation to provide information about the personal data of Website Users held to state authorities authorized to receive such information pursuant to separate provisions of law, for the purposes of proceedings conducted by them.
