Davidson Consulting

Two experts with complementary experience, Renata Davidson (Business Continuity Management - BCM) and Igor Ziniewicz (Risk Management, ICT Management), set out to change the way organizations across all sectors manage operational risk.

This focused approach led to the creation of the universal ERAMIS2 risk assessment methodology and a toolkit that addresses the most common risk management challenges faced by businesses and institutions.

Our founders recognized that the most pressing issues in risk management and cybersecurity cannot be solved with technology alone. They built a company grounded in a deep understanding of the people, processes, and technologies required to maintain operations at the necessary level, including information and data security.

We are relentless in our pursuit of our mission to transform risk management and solve problems that were previously unsolvable for our clients.

Renata Davidson

Owner and CEO

Renata Davidson has been involved in business continuity management for over 25 years. She holds the highest level of certification, including PECB ISO 22301:2012 Master and PECB Lead Cybersecurity Manager, accredited by the Professional Evaluation & Certification Board. She has served as a business continuity management expert for the Ministry of Infrastructure and currently acts as a technical expert for ISO 22301 standards at the Polish Centre for Accreditation.

Renata is also an experienced trainer and lecturer, including a position at the prestigious EMBA program "Cybersecurity and Digital Services Management" at the Naval Academy. She actively shares her knowledge through various initiatives promoting business continuity management, risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance, conducted in collaboration with Igor Ziniewicz (including series like #RiskyThursday, #ConversationsOnRisk).

Igor Ziniewicz

Owner and Vice President

Igor Ziniewicz has been involved in implementing operational risk management and business continuity management systems for 20 years. His experience spans industrial companies, telecommunications, logistics, energy sectors, financial institutions (banks, insurance companies), and public administration.

He is a leading expert in projects within the industrial, telecommunications, and IT sectors. He specializes in operational risk management and ICT service continuity. Igor is the author of the unique ERAMIS (Evidence-based Risk Assessment for ICT Services) methodology, used in BCM and cybersecurity management projects, and the architect of the Impact App, which facilitates various impact analyses, including BIA, especially in large organizations.
